WHAT TO EXPECT
What are your Sunday gatherings like?
At Real Hope you'll find a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We worship through music, serving, praying, and diving into Scripture together. Our Sunday gatherings last 1 hour and 15 minutes.
What will happen when I visit for the first time?
If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people just want to check out the church and that’s fine with us! You will have the chance to fill out a guest card, but no pressure. We welcome you as our guests, and we want you to feel free to explore whether Real Hope might be the church home for you. We hope it is!
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable for you. If you want to dress up for church – great! If you want to dress casually – also great!
What about my kids?
At Real Hope your kids are a top priority. All of our Real Hope Kids environments are clean, safe, and staffed with encouraging leaders who have been through extensive background checks and training. We offer programming for all kids through 8th grade on Sunday mornings. Our High School students are encouraged to join our adults in the worship center on Sunday mornings or serve on a team.
For more information about our Next Gen ministry, check out our Next Gen page.
How do I meet people and get connected?
There are several ways to get involved at Real Hope. In addition to regularly attending our Sunday gatherings, the best place to start is our monthly Newcomers Dinner. You can also serve on a team or get involved with our outreach projects.
How do I join Real Hope or become a member?
At Real Hope we think of membership as joining our family, involving both a sense of belonging as well as shared responsibility. If you are interested in becoming a part of the Real Hope family, the first step is to attend our next Newcomers Dinner. This gives us a chance to get to know you and share our church mission and family values. (NOTE: you do not have to become a Real Hope family member to serve on a team).
